1996 Barrier Reef Sea Adventures. Rebuilt with brand new alloy superstructure configuration 2014. Original designer – Sirius Designs and Marine Pty Ltd. Current designer – McLeod, New Zealand.

3 x Engines Driving Props

Detroit GM 16/V92 D-DEC3, 1,100 hp. Very low hours on a full rebuild. Max 2,300 rpm. Electronic controls. Plus 2 x Yanmar 170’s driving conventional props and shafts through ZF gearboxes on each side of the outer hull.


ZF, 1.52:1reduction. Propeller: 1.1m diameter, 5 blades.


3.5 inch diameter, material – aqua net – mechanical.

Steering gear

Electric, solenoid, hydraulic.

Auto pilot

Com nav Marine 2001.


3,000 litres, located midships.


Advised as max 22 knots – cruise say 20 knots.
